FC Bayern uses advanced digital touchpoints incorporated with the store elements and fan merchandise – as well as customer specific solutions for the Bayern fan in order to deliver an unforgettable experience.

The Challenge

FC Bayern wanted to enshrine the emotive power, athleticism of football as well as the FC Bayern brand within the design of the multi-complex to create a home for regional patriotism with a global flair. To better understand fans and their specific interests, FC Bayern World wants to collect real-time analytic data on purchase interests, visitor traffic and sales conversion rates.

The Solution

Future-oriented technologies help to offer fans a first-class and innovative shopping and brand experience. Prominent displays create an emotionally charged atmosphere like that experienced in a stadium, which makes the hearts of football fans beat faster. Among other things, digital touchpoints such as mirror-screens in the changing rooms help to provide an unforgettable interactive experience.

The entire FC Bayern World is a gift to our loyal fans. Grassfish helped make this incredibly awesome experience a reality with digital signage and audience analytics.
