Interview with Farah Challakhi, Full Stack Developer
For me, Grassfish is about continuous learning and collaboration.

My journey of growth at Grassfish
Grassfish is more than a workplace – it’s a space where curiosity is encouraged, teamwork is second nature, and every day brings an opportunity to try something new. For me, joining Grassfish wasn’t just about growing as a Full Stack Developer – it was about growing as a person. I became part of the Grassfish team in 2024, and from day one, I’ve been empowered to step outside of my comfort zone. While my role is rooted in development, it’s far from one-dimensional. I’ve had the chance to work across different areas, explore new technologies, and collaborate with brilliant colleagues across teams. That kind of variety makes every day exciting.
What truly stands out for me is the culture. “Dare to challenge” is one of our core values, and it’s something I live by here. If there’s something I haven’t mastered yet, I don’t shy away from it – I dive in. That mindset, combined with the support from an open and collaborative team, makes Grassfish a fantastic place to grow. One of my favorite parts of working here is the sheer diversity of projects we get to work on. Each client has a unique set of needs, which means we’re always learning, adapting, and thinking creatively. That’s where the magic happens – when great minds come together to solve real-world challenges.
Since joining Grassfish, I’ve also developed a new appreciation for the digital in-store space. It’s funny; now when I’m out shopping or walking through an airport, I constantly spot digital signage solutions and think about how they were built, and how we could make them even better. There’s so much potential in this industry, and we’re only just scratching the surface. But the best part of working at Grassfish are the people. Whether we’re brainstorming ideas or troubleshooting a tough technical issue, there’s a strong sense of trust and camaraderie in everything we do. Everyone’s got each other’s back.
