Grassfish is more than just a workplace to me. It’s a place where a conversation with a coworker can instantly lift my mood—even on the toughest days. I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such passionate, driven people who genuinely care about what they do. The atmosphere here is full of curiosity, creativity, and support, and I’m proud to be part of that. I joined Grassfish in March 2024 as a Project Coordinator in one of the teams within our Consulting department. My job is all about planning and organizing projects, collaborating with colleagues, and making sure everything runs smoothly for both our team and our customers. The variety in my workday is one of the things I love most—no two days are alike.

One of my biggest highlights has been realizing just how tailor-made our solutions are. Every project is unique, and there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach. Watching talented people come together to solve real challenges and build something meaningful for clients is incredibly inspiring. And outside of work, the team spirit continues—with social activities and shared moments that make Grassfish feel like home. I try to live our company culture by staying curious and solution-oriented. I always keep the customer in focus, whether I’m coordinating internally or communicating externally. I believe that questioning existing processes, proposing new ideas, and learning across functions helps us grow together and deliver real value.

Since joining Grassfish, I’ve started seeing the digital in-store world everywhere—at airports, in stores, even in stadiums. It’s exciting to reflect on how we might have done something differently, or what we can learn from it. The pace of innovation in this industry is inspiring—and as someone still early in the journey, I love how much there is to discover. The best part of my job? Definitely the mix of it all: the fast-paced variety, the customer interactions, and my amazing colleagues. I really enjoy being the “spider in the web”—helping connect people and processes to make things happen.
