From Intern to Head of Account Management Nordics

To me, Grassfish is where innovation and collaboration meet. What makes this place truly special is the people—curious, supportive, and always ready to jump in and help. We work together, have fun, and build impactful digital in-store experiences as a team. My journey started back in 2019 when I joined Grassfish as an intern. Since then, I’ve held several roles within the account management department, each one offering new challenges and learning opportunities. Today, I lead the Nordics Account Management team, working with an amazing group of Key Account Managers to build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Our goal is to ensure they get the most out of our platform and to be their trusted partner at every stage of their journey.

One of my proudest moments? Seeing big projects go live—watching everything come together from concept to launch and seeing the positive impact it has for both our clients and their customers. But honestly, some of my favorite memories are outside the meeting rooms: afterwork hangouts, pasta-making classes, early-morning workouts. Those moments remind me that Grassfish isn’t just where I work—it’s where I belong. I live our company culture by staying curious, being open, and working collaboratively. I believe in transparency and in creating a space where people feel empowered to speak up and contribute. And I always try to bring some fun into the mix—because great work happens when people enjoy what they do.

What excites me most about this industry is how digital in-store is constantly evolving. It’s a dynamic intersection of tech, creativity, and human experience—and we get to shape how brands connect with people in physical spaces. That’s a pretty cool place to be. The best part of my job? It’s the people. I love working with passionate clients and colleagues, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving. Every day is different—and that keeps me energized.
