Interview with Ebba Blomén
To me, Grassfish is where innovation meets collaboration, made special by its dedicated, curious, and collaborative people.

From Intern to Head of Account Management Nordics
What is Grassfish to you?
To me, Grassfish is a place where innovation and collaboration come together. What makes it special is the people – dedicated, curious, and always ready to collaborate. We support each other, have fun along the way, and work as a team to create impactful digital in-store experiences.
What’s your role like today and describe your Grassfish journey.
Today, I lead our Nordics Account Management team, working closely with a group of talented Key Account Managers to build strong, long-term relationships with our clients. Together, we ensure our customers get the most value out of our solutions and act as their strategic partners throughout their journey with Grassfish.
I started at Grassfish as an intern back in 2019, and since then I’ve held various roles within the account management department. Each step has given me the chance to grow, take on new challenges, and build a deep understanding of our clients, our platform, and the digital in-store industry. Going from intern to Head of Nordics Account Management has been an incredible and rewarding journey.
What has been your biggest highlight since joining Grassfish?
One of the biggest highlights has been seeing big projects go live, from initial concept to successful implementation and witnessing the positive impact it had for both the client and their customers. That moment when all the pieces come together and the client is thrilled with the result is incredibly rewarding.
But honestly, some of my absolute favorite memories are from outside the meeting rooms – like going to pasta making classes, afterwork hangouts, and even early-morning workouts with my amazing colleagues. Those moments make Grassfish feel like so much more than just a workplace.
How do you live our company culture?
I live the Grassfish culture by being curious, supportive, and solutions-oriented. I value transparency and open communication, and I always aim to foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels heard and empowered. I believe in staying agile and adaptable – and having fun along the way!
What excites you most about the digital in-store industry?
What excites me most is the constant evolution of the digital in-store experience – how technology, data, and creativity come together to shape how brands connect with their customers. It’s amazing to be part of innovations that enhance not just retail, but human interaction with physical spaces.
What is the best part of your job?
The best part of my job is working with passionate people – both colleagues and clients. I love the mix of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and the hands-on execution that makes each day different and engaging.
